hi . I cant activate my visa… I have made my first deposit , and when i write the the code(avtivation code) found on the internet bank it says that it is invalid.
Anyone have the same problem? Anyone now what to do?
If u still have the problem with activating the card, U need to make a supportcase.
when i activated mine, I copied and pasted the number from my internet bank…forgetting that coping html usually results in a leading space…
if u didn’t type it urself, try doing so just to be sure

funny, i had directly opposite my MC did not work and support said they have a little snag with MC but visa works just fine… most of the time too fine :dunce:
I had the same problem recently. I’m not sure but I think I managed to solve it by doing the activation process from the client rather than in-game…or vice-versa.

Ive been able to deposit in the past, recently I tried and it says “Invalid Bank Info”. My card is current and activated, called the card peeps and they say its nothing on their end. Sent support, this should be good! :rolleyes:

But i can deposit fine through the client loader…
worked fine ingame before VU… hmmm
I’ve had the same message, but it turned out my card had expired. Or to be more accurate, the card I registered expired, the bank sends a new one, same number of course, but the records MA have show it as expired. To fix this you need to remove the card and do the whole activation thing all over again.
Now THAT sucks.

Same thing for me. Can’t deposit ingame, but no problem at all through client loader.
It worked before last VU.

Same thing happened to me today so beware of the deposit bug ingame.

Mine shows a bunch of numbers at the beginning where no numbers should be

And no, the problem has not been resolved as yet
But give MA time. The longer they take to resolve the issue the more m oney they lose. And the less m oney i put into the game. I can’t do anything right now except maybe wink at the gals as they go by :laugh: Well maybe not wink but blink :silly2:
Credit card isssue
forgot to mention. there are other ways to deposit.
Pay Nova is one I can use but there is a double charge there. One by Pay Nova and the other MA. So I avoid anyway to deposit that will cost me money.
I dont have a problem with my credit card but do with my debit card the activation code don’t work so I have too remeber to pay of my credit card monthly
Today when I tried to use 2 of my credit cards neither of them worked. Then first one I tried said the the bank has been blocked by Mindark. The second one sent me to a complete different page and I had to make a password and everything. Then after that it tooke me back and said it couldn’t be authorized.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
