If you buy an apartment that says “building maintenance fee expired” on the estate terminal; are you then responsible for “back rent”. Would it be just for that month or every month the person hasnt payed?
There is no “back rent” - you pay and then you have acces for a month.
in addition to no back rent, the fee will be next due at the say day you first payed for it next month (or after however many months you pay). so if you want to have the fee due at a specific day in the month you wait to pay intil then. you can also pay ahead for as long as you want so you dont have to worry about it for a while.
