What i do is i click the middle mousebutton once, then that ā€œscrollā€ function shows up, then i move my mouse upwards fast, and click middle button again.

It goes fast, faster than clicking any ā€œback to topā€ link, and easier for me than pressing ā€œHomeā€ on keyboard.
