I bumped into a really new person the other day, who had just got a 500+ ped hof (in THEIR FIRST DAY OF PLAYING !!!), and yeah I ran her to Fort Troy…helped her get through the Armax etc. Then even volunteered to take her to Amethera to see Auktuma’s shopkeeper cos she was looking for Rascal Armour…So to her it may have looked the same… but yeah.

it’s Cool when new people get Hof’s and such.
When i started to play Pe I also got a hof, just a week or so after.
951 PED berrycled Adult, It was in team but still very nice.I think that was the thing that keept me playing pe, Not long after that i was sweating down at the former trapping place S of nymph town, there I meet “koli moribound Blockhead” he had seen my HoF and Congratulated me and I asked if he had some clothes for sale, of course he did, so I bought some Clothes, Obviously, lol. Anyways we got quite good friends started to hang out more and more, Now he is one of my best Friend Ingame, We can thrust each other to 100 % and lend stuff to each other without worrying about a bit.
Look what that HoF just did 
btw, He was helping us trapping a trox

He might just have noticed your name from the HOF-list, seen you in a city and knew you had peds. Not worse then that

Really Striver, as has been pointed out, it’s coincidence. There are thousands of players logged into game at any one time, and many of them are selling high end things 
It is creepy though.. I got a formi global, 114 PED
Not only did I get pm’s I have no idea who the people were either 1)begging 2)selling things or 3) saying I owed them (I DID NOT!!)
and I did not profit that hunt, barely cut even so by time I got back to town I have mauybe 200 PED left from tting ammo and people ask me to buy everythin! Needless to say.. santa suits.. I had a nice night hohoho’ing my last ped to noobs

Here is how it went;
I get a HOF out in the middle of nowhere with no one else around.
I spend a few minutes slapping my face with 1800 ped and going nowhere.
Next a dot on radar appears that runs straight to me and offers to sell me stuff.
I think he knew how to find me.
Now not 1 pec remains.

He was most likely in the same area hunting himself, saw you -noticed your name and realized he had some stuff to sell. Dont get paranoid
But if you WANT to get paranoid, there are some mobs who only excist in like 1-2 places, and if it was any of these you globaled on he could easily have found you by visiting those locations. But I dont think this is very likely. Like they said -coincidence. There are no way of telling another avatar’s exact location ingame without acctually ASKING them. Think about if we had such a system, what it would do to PVP’ing
