Basic Question-
Why can we not see the size of apartment on auction? 
If the apartments are being sold by MA, it’s no worry b/c we know the prices for 250 small, 350 medium and 450 large. But now that other ppl are selling these pads, I think we ought to be able to see what the size of the place is… a few ppl have been selling small lots for 450 and unless you go combing through all the apartments there is little way to tell what size you are getting in advance…would be nice to see what you’re paying for in advance :wise:

buy mine - its a G appartment a large one 
All the appartments with the same letter have the same size.
Large ones are the G ones.
is there only 1 large on each floor?

So- can any1 confirm that all letter units are the same in each apartment complex? If so… other than G, what are the others?
I think, in addition to listing size, it would be helpful if the auction contained other useful information such as “city view” vs. “sea view”, etc. etc 
i know C is medium and yes G in every appartment block iv been is is a large
i’ve got a medium and its D so maybe its different for the two cities ?

dont think so just iv not been in a D yet but G in both Citys are large and C medium and D (A,B,E,F) Small?
i think H is medium aswell H on my floor is locked so i dont know
I got an ‘H’ and its a medium and the ‘g’ next door is large.

Yes…hopefully if more people are informed the less “scamming” will occur. Right now there are a few Apartments in Auction that are going for 450 ped. To the unwary you’d think those were large ones.
So far I have heard that quite a few people fell for it and are pretty upset.
If it isn’t a “G” don’t buy it…
mine sold pretty quickly - there were only two G appartments listed tonight, mine - at slightly cheaper than original price and another going for something stupid like 9000 :laugh:

I know some1 who did just that… saw 450 and assumed it was large… this was immediately following vu b4 there was much reselling.
When I went to buy the apartment, fyi, it was nearly impossible to know exactly what you’re getting. For starters, it would be easy if MA would just state on auction small, med or large for the entire community to know.
Secondly, you have no idea of the view. The apts are all the same, but the views are so drastically different.. and it’s impossible to run around and see all those apts b4 buying (would take too long and you risk losing the auction doing so)…
Another problem MA overlooked indeed. They should (have) put sizes on those darn lot deeds. I know of several online persons that got scammed by higher prices on small and medium apartments. I do agree these people should have checked out the apartments before hand but I also blame MA to some extent for not forseeing this happening.

i went to look at the apartments yesturday. I went to like 4 floors and all the g were owned by the same person. What is funny isn’t there suppose to be like 2 more batches of these things. And the guy who tryed to buy up all the large ones is trying to do what? I guess people really dont have patience and would pay double to have it now? I think I will wait till he realises that he cant sell them all and buy a 450 apt for 400 when he cant get rid of them. just my thought. By the way hi Svetlana it was nice to see you ingame.. Tryed to defend your honor when guy was stabbing you…lol
