Apartment rent ?

I was considering buying one of the new apartments on TI tonight. But first I have a couple questions.

How is the 10 ped monthly rent paid? Is it auto deducted from my peds, or do I put it in by hand somehow? What happens if you miss paying a rent for whatever reason - do you loose apartment and items inside?

Can people on the entry list pick up items and or move them in the apartment?

Can your place be public, and still have people on an entry list that can pickup or move item ?

you pay it from your estate terminal outside the apartment door… you click a button “pay rent”… each time you click it, it charges you 10 ped for each subsequent month… i paid up for 6 months… you can do as many as you wish…

no1 can pick up anything in your apartment except for yourself, the owner of the deed.

Can your place be public, and still have people on an entry list that can pickup or move item ?
you can choose to make your apt public or private… if it is private then you can add ppl from your fl so that they gain access

LOL, no thats not me :slight_smile: I picked Azrael from biblical Archangels -“Angel of Death”- And Az is just easier to use cause I’m lazy :confused:
