I hope this isn’t an early indication of how the new “balancing” AI is going to decide and act on things

Because it is no longer there.

I’ve rigourously tested how boosted bps are generated and can confirm beyond a shadow of a doubt that they take directly from your trade terminal returns when they are generated during crafting. An easy verification on this is that you can get below the minimum success value with a boosted blueprint when clicking on condition as long as there’s sufficient residue to change into a boosted blueprint. For example, you can craft armor tech gizmo 8 on 100% condition and the minimum success is around 47 ped. However, you can get a 30 ped success with 2 clicks of sema helmet (L) blueprint (L) that have an ~9 ped boost per click. As long as there was 18 ped of residue left over, it can generate it and even take you below the standard minimum success value.

I lost a lot from them doing this. Just to name 2 of the blueprints that are no longer boosted and were before, I have 60 clicks of eitri 200 with ~17 ped boost. That’s 1020 ped gone from that single blueprint. Then I also have 43 clicks of simurgh v4 that have a 10 ped boost each. So that’s another 430 ped gone.

I know why they did this, they messed up yet again and added boosted blueprints into the pool of blueprints that could be gotten from space mining dailies. There’s barely any tt cycle needed to do these and since it’s not from crafting, which is the system that boosted blueprints were made to come from since it directly takes them from your tt returns, people would tt profit overall doing the dailies by getting these boosted blueprints since they were essentially just given to them outside of the intended system.

I have never done a single one of these daily missions, every one of my boosted blueprints was from me crafting or purchasing them. Probably only about 10% were purchased and the rest came directly out of TT returns. I have lost many tens of thousands of ped to the trade terminal generating space mining blueprints.

This is not a “markup” adjustment or market change. It is the same as the trade terminal value being taken directly from your account.

Thank you for providing info about where boosted returns come from. It is essentially stealing to remove extra returns from boosteds by removing the boost. You have shown with an example of how crafting returns are lowered, with a clear understanding and explanation of what is happening in your example.
It is NOT the same as mus changing; it is a DIRECT tt return difference by getting a click or clicks, according to what you are saying.

i can confirm this…

Simurgh 4 BP had only 5 ped boost. It’s accurate to count based on the minimum sucсess size (the standard success size, as we know, can be up to about 120% TT click). But it doesn’t matter. I was just being nitpicky.
I lost 2000 ped on this conversion (based on the minimum). But I think I was “lucky”. Other players could have had many more valuable blueprints. They just haven’t noticed yet. And I only noticed by chance, luckily before I started clicking.

I also can understand why they did it, but HOW they did it is pure robbery. And apparently they understand this, as they didn’t mention these sensitive changes in the VU text.
Above, I gave an example of how similar changes were made by the Cyrene devs team. For just 3 players!

So I ask.. when is enough enough?

This!

If anyone spends more than pizza money in this ‘game’ they may need their head examined…

I don’t think they did it on purpose. I believe they weren’t aware of that at all, they already proven they don’t know how the game works, and AI agents they use to generate everything in recent updates, simply has no context, and it can’t have context since nobody in the company ever played the game or knows anything about it.

They need to hire an austistic player who’s autistic fixation is this game.

there’s dozens of us here . I know every aspect of every system down to knowing how it’s coded without seeing the code. I’ve perfectly explained issues the second they arise and even explain issues just from version notes. The issue is they don’t know their entire system as well as I and other players do.

Sadly the community liaison they do have doesn’t know the system as well as many of us. They just knows how to spend a lot.

If I am wrong about the above statement btw, that’s even worse. It means their not asking the liaison or the liaison isn’t fighting hard enough to force these potential issues into the limelight

And it needs to be a proper hire, give me full info, make me quit playing, no half measures.

Or whoever is hired. Close their account, auction their items, and pay them for their expertise. Let them review every PR and proposition before it’s even coded or planned. Then fire them after 3 years and let them play again cause they are outdated after not playing for 3 years.

Or better yet, Sell the game to a development team ran by cyrene and toulan devs.

You’re right on the simurgh 4 boost, I only tracked a 4 craft run where I got 55, 58, 57, and 56 for my notes on the boost and just put down 55 as the minimum. Looked into it further on EL since it’s above 50 minimum success and see there are some 51s. Some of my notes on boosts are faulty because I make an assumption based on too low of a sample size. As far as other blueprints I had 3 Ivaldi V, 6 Ivaldi IV, 15 Ivaldi III, and 109 sindri V as well.

But yes, the amount and fine details are not quite as important as how this change was implemented for sure. I don’t see a difference between removing the boost value from blueprints and taking the boost value directly out of someone’s PED card.

Lmao so fitting

MindArk officially announced that they would make Teleport Tokens fair for every warp service. After the second change, it was no longer fair. They implemented a third change, which is far away from fair, but they only listened to one person—Neverdie, not the actual warp service providers.

What they are saying publicly does not match reality; always are starting with a L

You had me in the first half. Lost me in the 2nd.

i wonder why you never wrote your own game with own systems you know before you coded…
