Another Warning.
Blueprints for High Level Mining Lasers have been converted from Boosted to regular Blueprints. The screenshots are just examples, but I checked - absolutely all of them were converted to regular after 19.5.0.
Another reminder that everything you own in the game, everything you value, everything you’ve invested time, effort, and money into - everything can be taken away at any moment without warning. I can’t write about this properly, as this forum is affiliated with MindArk.
If they only get rid of dead bps that don’t drop mats anymore that’s 1 thing and compensate something reasonable that’s fine 2 me even tho they should have just put a warning on them n left in game. But this since they won’t admit to personal TT return loot pool they should especially compensate for the a portion of the MU that is included in the value of these bps for the boosted part or make a new item ID number for the new bps of these from here on out. Idk what they are doing lately with some of these decisions and not even say anything.
For example, here’s how the Cyrene developers made such Blueprints changes.
They once swapped the boosted blueprint for a regular one. And even though only three players had gotten it, they didn’t change the stats of what they’d already received. They saved the blueprints they’d already received with the “depricateded” prefix. And introduced new ones.
They took care of three players. And they wrote about it in the PPVU text.
i know few ppl who have cycled way way way more than me to loot those boosted bp as well, granted i never looted a single boosted space mining bp from crafting i did farm the dailies nonstop for over 4 months and had like 15 boosted bps now just the C tool one is still boosted everything else is just normal bps (as if returns werent bad enough or even success rates)
Perhaps they can add a disclaimer on new items that they are subject to change if there’s an inbalance or error with it, though limited time. I think it would be good for building trust to at least let people know that new items could be changed. Doing it in secret and not adding it to VU notes does not not do MA any favors for keeping player trust.
This way it will minimize the risk since a player may choose not to buy the item until the item has been “finalized”. Obviously this shouldn’t happen but mistakes do happen.
MA tou does say though they can do anything anytime for any reason. That’s the predatory EULA we all signed. Sucks. Messi been sayin it for years, investment isn’t safe here.

Boosted blueprints have bonus ped for those that do not know.
That bonus ped per click, isn’t free. It is taken from the loot that acquired the blueprint
For example, if a blueprint is boosted by 100 ped, then when you acquire that blueprint, you would have gotten 100 ped more loot from the global that found the bp, but instead you get the bp.
So all those removed boosts, are ped stolen directly from players globals.
I clicked gizmos for a bit (and totally lost major time) and looted a few golden BP clicks.
Those loot events were not significantly >1x return, are you saying those clicks I looted were loaded with TT I would have otherwise won had it paid out in residue for example?
That would at least explain the <40% return over thousands of clicks.
