I just would like your advice how to proceed with my Youtube chanel.
Its a farly new chanel focused on kazoo covers. I do get a bunch of likes so i guess People kind of find it a bit amusing 
which is the whole point.
Not getting many subscribers though.

Man that is a niche audience.
Animated backgrounds, especially for short clips (up to 1-2 minutes). Plenty of AI generators can pump that out, some free some paid.
Also a more stylized thumbnail and branded title. Reformatted to more emphasize your a) Content (Wellerman) b) Differentiator (Kazoo) and you can swap A or B depending on which you’d rather focus on. BG art/picture → your BG art. Big Dice → your A or B. Episode/Series → your B or A
Also, create a playlist and put all your vids in it, there’s a chance if someone wants to watch 1, they’ll watch all, even if not actively listening/watching
Create a ‘like and subscribe’ button, graphic, icon, animation that you can tack on or overlay over the first 3 seconds/last 3 seconds of every video

Hashtags in your description is one way. And add tags too (when you set up the video).
And don’t post everything at the same time. Spread it out … 1 a day or every 3 days or so.

Yes i know The content is very nische… But its something i can do and enjoy myself atleast.
Really lean into the human aspect. With so much AI stuff out there, the human touch is your only advantage. HOW you capture that element, that formula I don’t have. But I know if I was to watch an AI play some cover on a kazoo. It would be a short clip stop and watch think that was neat and move on…however I subscribed to a toothless old woman who plays the spoons GOOD and I go watch that occasionally, she always has a cool old time backdrop like sitting in a rocking chair in front of an RC cola vending machine, or in a junk yard etc..and it’s always changing and it’s always real…the human Element…is all artists have.. so really lean into it.
Ok fine, i’ll pitch in.
Id say, hit existing non kazoo game and movie fanbase fanpools hard via hastags and catchy titles with your kazoo renditions of their most epic theme songs, Star Wars/Trek, Stranger Things, etc, possibly some game themes. Tag em and let the fan base do the heavy lifting for you whilst you double down and put in requests for next cult classic to get the Kazooed out of it !.
Reddit will defo do allot of the legwork for you, especially r/moviefan, they love sharing funny covers… Post to r/StarTrek, r/whatevermovie, r/gaming, r/Music, r/crappymusic, r/unexpected. they’ll roast it, post it elsewhere, love it, and spread it.

I just want to point out that yes The pictures are AI because im a bit shy. How ever The music is 100% real kazooing awesomeness.
Well if your going the AI route then maybe disregard everything I said and follow the crowd and push the AI art backgrounds and such, though if your going that route it brings up the question why not just do the kazoo stuff via AI as well…but that’s the question every artist faces these days.
I assumed the kazoo part was AI due to the background.

Actually watching you play in a ski mask would be pretty unique haha, might be a good selling point. “The masked kazoo”
