OK i have been waiting for the past 1 1/2 days for the email with my pass and verification for this game and i dont have a lot of patience but i have heard great thing for this game please tell me how long it took some of you?

Bearing in mind I signed up my account around ‘thier’ midday on a weekday

they won’t be working weekends, meaning that you should wait till monday.
You filled in all the information correctly? (all personal and birth date etc.)

Yes it put it up midday thursday in the pacific Americas time
well anyway thank you and i will put it off a lil longer might be their weekend
They can take a little while, especially when they’re busy, and possibly some staff are still on holiday, it took me a while to get my account verified, but I got it after a couple days no problems
It might also take longer with a hotmail account, if you did use one, wait and see, if it doesn’t come, contact support and see what they can do.
is there actually a way to email tech support? i tried to find a way but you need a login and password. im having a few problems but gonna wait a few days but i dont see where i can get an email addresse or anything.
theres actully no official suport until your registred but sense MindArk has a own server i would try suport@mindark or info@mindark or somrthing like that, not much for help i guess…
The very reason for that it takes longer times now and then is that the computer for some reason wanted that your account should be checked manually, thats for what ive been told. Randomly or because of incorrect application the computer forwards the application for manually be checked.
Check:
-Did u fill in ALL the information correctly ?
-Did u use a hotmail account, Mindark wont verify if u use on.
Is answer to question 1 is YES and question 2 NO, u will get it soon, otherwise fill in a new application with correct info and/or NO hotmail adress.
