ok this game looks awsome, but i have one problem. i cant log on. i mean i get the whole thing set up then after i get my passward i get this message “Login failed, either the login does not exist or the password you entered is invalid.” even if i reset my pass i get the same message. any soulutions??
The avatar creation system is very simple. I dont know why it’s not working for you.
When you create the account, you tell it what username you want, and what password you want. Then you log in. It dont get much easier than that. You know that they are case sensitive right?
Can you log into the support section and not the game, or is it both that you cannot access? Wait a day and try again, then reset your password again and wait an hour before trying. Neither of these actions should be needed, but it’s worth a try on the supposition that the servers are running slowly.
One things that sounds simple but you might have fogoten that when you created your password there had to be at least one captial letter in it make sure that you have put this capital in the password that you type to logon
sometimes this happens to me when I accidentally turn my caps lock on..
or when my keyboard layout is switched to other that US English..
i had the same problem when i first started to play..
i created my account, and waited for the e-mail..
none came in about an hour, so i requested my password again, which was sent to me almost immediately, so i clicked the link and set my password details and such and tried to run the game for the first time…
got the same message you did..
so i requested my details again and reset my password…
i tried the game again and still got the same message.. so i tried resetting my password again..
this went on for several tries, until i finally recieved the original e-mail from MA.. the next time i tried the game it worked…
i guess it just takes them a while to add you to the database, but the website updates straight away…
is it working now?
