a super nooby question

I have played pe for about a week now and still have not depostied.
it went to the trade terminal today and noticed that things were pretty cheap. If I did my math correctly I shoul be able to a sword and four different armors(body gloves legs and helm) for 28.75 ped. I should only have to deposit $3 can I do that?
also I noticed that there are some interesting skills.(like pyrokinesis) how do I learn things like that? Lastly does ne one knoe how much the charge is to with drwl $$$$ and is there a charge to add money?
thnx evry1 :computer: :newbie:

P.S. What does sweat do and what s a proper selling price fo it?

I suggest that you read this thread. It is a very good newcomer guide

Hi smiley,

Your questions:

You can only deposit $10 or more. If you use your creditcard they charge 3.5%
So for every $10 you will get 96.5 peds.

I suggest not buying the tt armor but a full pixie. You can get this at tt+10-15, thats 20-30 ped i think, depends on state of the armor (note the state doesnt matter you can repair it yourself).

Sweat is used to refin mind essence. That is the fuel for mind controlled stuff like using a tp chip. So when u sweat you can sell to peaple who make ME with it. The price today is 1.5-1.8 (try not to sell lower, try more if u can).
I cant tell u what withdrawel limits and costs are, but i dont think u will use that or you should get an ATH.

Good luck with PE!

i forgot…to ask

how do i heal my self with out waiting forever and are there skills like magic etc. how do i learn these?

P.S. where can I buy pixie armor?

P.S.S what is the big building in port atlantis that has a lot of stairs but none of the doors open?

u need to deposit in intervals of 10 USD and i really wouldnt spend money on the tt armour its garbage :handjob:

To heal yourself faster you ned to purchase a FAP (first aid pack). you can get a basic FAP 5 fom the trade terminal for 15 peds under the medical section

Its just scenery more detailed stuff

LOL your not wrong. first aid pack is theonly good way to heal yourself. The heal chip is just rubish for big healing its good for healing others but bad decay on it lol

thnx

ty evry1 this has been very help ful but one last question, melee or ranged?

no1 can answer that for you, its a matter of opinion. there is no right orwrong choice. Each combat type has its own attributes

I would say that ranged combat (opala) is the cheapest way to start.

with melee you get more decay on your armor and fap.

but both have advantages and disadvantages.

No, it’s not in intervals. $11 works, so it’s only a minimum of $10 pr deposit.

but one last question, melee or ranged?
[/QUOTE]

It all depends on your play style. Melee, you’ll get more dodge skills in a shorter period of time, as you’ll actually have to dodge the creatures your hunting. Ranged is good because then it makes it possible to take out larger creatures without armor, which saves on the decay. Either one, depends on your preference.

And in regards to the Opalo being the cheapest, I’m partial to the M2100 and the Enknuckles-A personally. A bit of ranged combat to draw the creature away from a herd, and then I can pound said creature into oblivion with the Enknuckles.

Sorry for the minorly off-topic there, but really, it depends on how you like to hunt. Personally, if you have the $, I’d try each of the TT weapons (Enknuckles, Survival Enblade, M2100, and Opalo) to see which one “feels right” for you.

Just my :twocents:. Good luck and happy hunting!

Noverus Daleramai

I use a ranged weapon to draw in the mobs then switch to my axe and finish them off, I use the opalo now instead of the d1 as it offers skill gains, and these seem to give skill bonuses on whatever weapons usd so I tend to get them for my axe aswell.

As said above melee increases your strengh and health levels and various other upclose and personal skills so that means you end up having to heal less in the end ranged weapons dont give you strengh (i dont think) so you will end up needing to heal more

Just my two pec

Hope it helps

Range! no need for armor then  and when you get to stronger monsters. Then team hunt.. its alot more fun anyway
