Thank you for a happy ending of 2004 and a strong beginning of the new year.
As you may have noticed Project Entropia has been expanding at an impressive rate since december.
The ever-increasing number of participants has already substantially increased the economy of Project Entropia.
This has in turn enabled us to upgrade, modernize and expand our server park, switches and routers.
Initially this was intended to be a gradual process over the whole of 2005 but we are happy to say that the upgrades are now already completed.
In practical terms this means the following:
Downloading patches will be swifter (no more clogging up of the ftp servers)
More people can be online simultaneously with less lag
Downtime for maintenance will be shorter and less frequent
We are also pleased to inform that an additional team of support personnel will be employed. They will be fluent in French, German, Spanish and Swedish so that people from countries with these languages will be able to get support in their native languages during 2005. The PE participants affected will be notified when we are ready to receive support cases in their native languages.
All PE participants will also be happy to learn that we have started the process of recruiting a third development team to increase and enhance the content output pace.

Nice I have loticed servers are acting kinda good now.
still taking “wrong” damage from mobs now and then but in overall it feels better

I haven’t been in game to test yet, but ETOPIA got a reply from support that the notorious “no loot on server border” bug is fixed. I’ll have to test this later
About “wrong” damage from mobs - I think it’s intentional that mobs occasionally do 6 extra damage, which is usually rectified on their next hit. But I take it you’re not only speaking about this?
