A few VU’s ago we had a thread for undocumented features or bugs found. I thought it was helpful for tracking what people were finding all in one thread , and the associated cases that were created and posted helped all to know what was going on.
I don’t have anything at this time since I just logged in to look around shortly this morning, but i’m sure it is inevitable.
So feel free to post your undocumented features or bugs here.
And MB, would you mind in the future starting one each release ?
I had some trouble earlier. I was crafting at a machine, went to the auctioneer, but when i doube clicked him, i got shown the crafting machine again. Same for storage and TT.

I could have sworn you could do this last VU but they took away the ability to move(I think this was for pvp3) and use your inventory. I can remember looting mobs while waiting after I hit “T” I just could not close out the loot window. I have yet to try the latest VU but if I see any strangeness I will be sure to post.

You could. Turn around, fap, shoot. But not loot if I recall correctly.
There is a sound now for criticial hits, and another sound when you recieve a critical hit.
Ive seen fish swimming around on the land near nymphtown and they didnt fight back (tip for sweaters), could have already existed but never seen it before

This big been around for ages.
Ironicailly the fish move faster on land than they do in the water.

I second this one ! It’s a little bit annoying to have to deselect each time you want to use another terminal
Getting stuck in re-load mode when using focus chip
I will post the case that I submitted so everyone can see that there is someone reporting it. I do suggest if you are having the same problem you see on this thread, then please submit your own support case so MA can see the extent of the problem and any similarities that might occur so it helps them troubleshoot the problem. It does not help if you don’t report the problem. Help them help us.

VU 7.8 is out and I am still getting stuck in reload mode when I am trying to use my focus chip. This is the same problem for a few VU’s now.’
This is an intermittent problem, meaning it doesn’t happen all the time. It can only be resolved by re-logging into PE.
I can switch to another item like a weapon and use it, but the sound of the focus being recharged does not go away, when I re-equip focus chip, I am again stuck in the focus chip re-load position.

I saw this last VU also so this is not new, but still fun. Have some nice screen shots of fish on land :laugh:
It seems like the plasma in a plasma rifle is changing color in each VU now … it was blue, then some yellowish color, then green in the last VU … and now it’s back to blue … dunno, but … it’s kinda strange … … :laugh:
