19.10.0 Release: Bug Report Thread

This thread is for reporting any bugs and crashes experienced after the 19.10.0 release and subsequent hotfix.

PLEASE make sure to read the Hotfix Notes linked below before posting anything in this thread, to make sure that the bug/crash in question has not already been resolved.

While we of course strive to provide smooth and problem-free releases, some issues may still arise after release, even after extensive testing. We hope to address any such issues via patches as quicky as possible after release, and may therefore need your help in identifying them.

Please use the templates below to report any UI-related bugs or crashes you experience after the UI release. All information given in this thread will be forwarded to the UI team, so please make sure to provide as many details as possible so that we can understand how they happen and fix them as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your assistance!

Opening item info-window from auction, press refresh result in being stuck in loading (can close the screen, re-open and it’s okay). When opening from inventory refresh does work.

Title: Cyrillic and Arabic text is corrupted when typed directly in chat

Date Found: 09/09/2026

Description:

After the September 2026 update, Cyrillic characters can no longer be typed correctly directly into the in-game chat. Arabic characters have the same issue.

Expected:

Cyrillic and Arabic characters typed directly using the keyboard should appear and be sent correctly in chat, the same way they do when pasted from an external application.

Actual:

When Cyrillic or Arabic text is typed directly into the in-game chat box, the characters become corrupted/garbled after sending.

However, if the exact same text is written outside the game and then copied and pasted into the chat box, it is displayed correctly.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Open the in-game chat.

  • Switch the keyboard/input language to Russian.

  • Type a message using Cyrillic characters and send it.

  • Observe that the sent text appears corrupted.

  • Repeat using Arabic characters — the same issue occurs.

  • Type the same Cyrillic or Arabic text in an external application.

  • Copy and paste it into the in-game chat.

  • Send the message.

  • Observe that the pasted text is displayed correctly.

Screenshots:

Attached screenshot demonstrates the issue:

First message: Cyrillic typed directly in the in-game chat — corrupted.

Second message: Arabic typed directly in the in-game chat — corrupted.

Third message: Cyrillic copied from outside the game and pasted — displayed correctly.

Fourth message: Arabic copied from outside the game and pasted — displayed correctly.

This appears to be an issue specifically with direct Unicode/non-Latin keyboard input, since pasted Unicode text is handled correctly.

Expected: the character editor to reopen on relog after exiting the editor the first time.

Actual: editor window has not reopened on relog as I believe it should have done.

Repairing items will compact them in your inventory.

Steps to reproduce: repair stuff results in inventory fucked.

Title: Crafting Max attempts capped

Date Found: 09/08/2026

Description:

Expected: the attempts value should cap out to the amount of actual material you have available

Actual: Max attempts field caps out to 9999

Steps to reproduce: Click the max button

Title: Default underwear changed colors

Description:

Expected: Black / Red set I picked in character creator

Actual: Blue set

Steps to reproduce: I don’t know, I just logged in with a different set that I had after completing character remodel.

The sorting hasn’t been fixed. The example shows the result of sorting by Time left. Sorting all columns works the same way.

The auction interface space is poorly utilized. Approximately 40% of the interface is completely empty, leaving only tiny text in the remaining narrow window. Briefly, for example, there’s plenty of room at the bottom for buttons for direct control of the selected row (view/bid, markup, remove, retrieve, etc).

The overall impression is how could such a simple thing be so messed up? Only someone who hadn’t seen the previous interface and had never used an auction could have done this.

Title: Market Value graph reduced space due to padding

Date Found: 09/08/2026

Description:

Expected: See the graph over most of the window

Actual: The Market Price Graph has some padding issues, look at this example. The “Smooth Sales” text is creating a whole new line and reducing the available space for the graph.

Steps to reproduce: Open the Market Value window, then go to the GRAPH tab. Then resize the window to various sizes and observe the padding issues.

Title: Auction search bar eating letters when typing too fast

Date Found: 09/08/2026

Description:

Expected: Being able to normally input letters as fast as I can

Actual: When typing fast in the search bar, the text box usually ‘eats’ some of your letters, which is very annoying. Just try typing in “Explosive Projectiles” with above 70 words per minute, It’s basically impossible in 1 pass.

Steps to reproduce: Open the Auction, and start typing fast (above 70-80 WPM I’d say). You will see the search bar sometimes deleting one of your letters and replacing it with the another one you just typed.

Title: Categories in Shop Search are all expanded by default

Date Found: 09/08/2026

Description:

Expected: You’d expect them to all be collapsed, just like in the Auction window, so you can pick which one you want to access.

Actual: They’re all expanded and you have to scroll for a long time to get to what you’re looking for.

Steps to reproduce: Open the Auction, then click on the “SHOP SEARCH” button. On the left side, observe as all of the categories are automatically expanded…

Going to add more bugs in this post because it’s not letting me create more than 3 posts in a row.

Title: The little Information button doesn’t do anything in Auction

Date Found: 09/08/2026

Description:

Expected: When you click the little Information button, you’d expect the item information window to pop up

Actual: The button doesn’t do anything

Steps to reproduce: Open the Auction, then click on any offer. Then try clicking the little ‘i’ button in the top right of the item display window.

Title: The little globe button on tracked missions that takes you to the Journal doesn’t scroll down to the selected mission

Date Found: 09/08/2026

Description:

Expected: When you click the globe, you’d expect it to open the Journal, select your mission and scroll down to it.

Actual: Clicking the globe-looking little icon on a tracked mission to open the Mission Log doesn’t scroll down to the selected mission any more, the scroll wheel always starts at the beginning. This is useful when abandoning multiple daily missions at a time, it’s also disorienting when it doesn’t scroll to your mission in general.

Steps to reproduce: Track a mission from the journal, then click the little globe icon in the top right.

Title: Weird thin border appears while baitfishing

Date Found: 09/08/2026

Description:

Expected: When you baitfish, you’d expect just to see the baitfishing minigame, without any other random things appearing on the screen.

Actual: A weird thin border appears on the bottom part of your screen the moment you cast for the first time.

Steps to reproduce: Equip a baitfishing rod and cast it at a body of water.

Rings don’t work- ares adjusted and hermetic adjusted,

can’t view information on items on auction

map is laggy as hell:

edit i have been crashed out from game, after rnigs worked as should

Can’t see texture or colour on clothes items inside the auction

Would like to see the texture colour before I buy

Market (auction) notifications viewed using the new “Mark View Read” button revert to “unread” status after relogging. Additionally, this button does not work at all for notifications from shops sales.

The timestamp for shop sale notifications is reset each time, using the last log time instead of the actual sale time. They also revert to “unread” status.

I think blue might be default.

Can’t change channel by clicking on the channel name in chat. I don’t know if this is a bug or as intended but it’s a step back from what we could do before.
